This extension will help you to add company or store addresses with GOOGLE, Yahoo or MSN maps script into contact us page.
Here you need to collect the HTML code for your store location map from Google, Yahoo or wiki.
Then Copy that code and put here in the respective text box.
It will show the Store map on the Contact Us page with the address (if you filled).
You can manage the title for each block also.
